Aim & Focus Business Solutions takes your information seriously and we ensure that you are protected on all levels as long as you do business with us. We have put together some policies to protect our mutual partnership.

Aim & Focus Business Solutions will require your information such as name, email, phone number and address where shipping may be required. The information collected is for business purposes only and will not be used for any other reason. 

Information Collection 

 You provide us with most of the information we collect and keep in our system. We also collect technical information directly when you submit information to us via email or text during a business transaction.  

How do you we use your information

 We use your information for business related services only. Aim & Focus Business Solutions does not provide your information to third parties or any other individuals without the approval of our customers. We take information security seriously and will not jeopardize your information as long as it is within our reasonable control.

How long is your information kept 

We will keep personal information only for as long as is need to help us serve you and provide you with our services. However, in some cases we may retain personal information for longer periods of time if necessary.

REFUND POLICY

Within 30 days of service Aim & Focus Business Solutions will assess each business transaction and decide whether a refund is necessary or applicable for the service provided. Services such as consultations and design services that are completed and approved by the client are not eligible for refunds. Refunds may be applicable to services that Aim & Focus Business Solutions is not able to deliver or fulfill, following the requirements stated by the customer/client. Refunds to card payments will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds to payments made via Interac E-transfer will be made within 3 business days.
