Aim & Focus Business Solutions (“Aim & Focus”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.
This Privacy Notice explains the types of personal information we may collect from clients, prospective clients and individuals interacting with our business, why we collect it, how it may be used or disclosed, and the steps we take to protect it.

Depending on your relationship with Aim & Focus and the services you use, personal information may include your name, contact information, billing information and other information reasonably required to provide our services.

• information relating to workspace, private office or meeting room bookings;
• information required to provide virtual office or mailbox services;
• correspondence and communications with Aim & Focus;
• information provided when making an inquiry about our services; and
• other information you voluntarily provide to us in connection with a requested service.
3. How We Use Your Information
Aim & Focus may use personal information to:
• respond to inquiries and service requests;
• establish and administer client accounts;
• provide coworking, private office, meeting room, virtual office, mailbox and other business services;
• manage bookings and workspace access;
• communicate with clients regarding their services;
• process invoices and payments;
• maintain financial and business records;
• administer client agreements;
• provide information regarding Aim & Focus services where appropriate;
• support the safety, security and operation of our premises;
• respond to client questions, concerns or requests; and
• comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual or financial requirements.
We will not use personal information for purposes that are materially different from those for which it was collected without obtaining appropriate consent or otherwise having legal authority to do so.
4. Payment Information
Aim & Focus may collect information necessary to process payments for our services.
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Aim & Focus does not store clients’ full credit or debit card numbers.
Payment service providers may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own security and privacy practices.
Aim & Focus may retain transaction records, invoices, receipts or other financial records where reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal or business purposes. These records do not contain full payment card numbers.
5. Sharing Personal Information
Aim & Focus does not sell personal information to third parties.
We may share limited personal information with service providers where reasonably necessary for them to provide services on our behalf, such as payment processing, accounting, technology or other operational services.
Where third-party service providers are used, they are expected to handle information appropriately and only for purposes connected with the services they provide.
Personal information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law.
6. Virtual Office and Mailbox Services
Where a client uses Aim & Focus’ virtual office or mailbox services, we may collect information reasonably necessary to establish and administer the service.
Mail, packages and correspondence received on behalf of clients will be handled with reasonable care and treated as confidential.
Aim & Focus employees and contractors will not open, inspect, copy or disclose the contents of client mail or correspondence unless authorized by the client or otherwise permitted or required by law.
7. Confidentiality in Our Shared Workspace
Aim & Focus provides coworking, office, meeting and other shared business spaces. We recognize that individuals and businesses using these spaces may conduct confidential business.
Our employees and contractors are expected to respect the confidentiality of information they encounter while performing their responsibilities.
Clients are also expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others using Aim & Focus facilities in accordance with our Client Code of Conduct.
Because shared workspaces are used by multiple individuals and businesses, clients remain responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect their own confidential information, documents, devices and conversations.
8. Protecting Your Information
Aim & Focus takes reasonable administrative, physical and technological measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, theft or destruction.
The safeguards used will depend on the nature and sensitivity of the information and may include physical security measures, access controls, password protection and appropriate information-handling practices.
9. Retention of Personal Information
Aim & Focus retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer the client relationship, meet business requirements or satisfy applicable legal, financial, tax or contractual obligations.
When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy, delete or anonymize it, as appropriate.
10. Accessing or Correcting Your Information
You may contact Aim & Focus to request access to personal information we hold about you or to request the correction of information that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
We may need to verify your identity before providing access to or making changes to personal information.
